AI-Generated Documents Overview

Copla Platform can now generate documents to be used in your register with the power of AI, from compliance workflows that are assigned to your company.

This process is seamless and happens automatically after you complete a compliance workflow, which, depending on the package you selected, would be one of the ones below:

  • ISO:
    • 03 ASSET MANAGEMENT POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
    • 10 BUSINESS CONTINUITY POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
    • 16 LOGGING AND MONITORING POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
  • DORA:
    • 8.3 DORA MOBILE DEVICE AND REMOTE WORK POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
    • 8.10 DORA PASSWORD POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
    • 8.16 DORA BACKUP RESTORATION PROCEDURE QUESTIONNAIRE

 

How To Generate AI Documents

  1. To locate the workflows, please head to Copla Stream from the left-hand side bar, select the workflow you would like to complete, and press start.

  2. Once in the workflow, you will be asked a series of questions where you will need to input information about how your company complies with the specific requests.

    This is the information that the AI will use to generate the documents for the register.

  3. After successfully completing the workflow, you can then head to Copla Drive from the left-hand side bar to locate the AI-generated document from the compliance workflow you just did.

  4. The document will have the same name as the compliance for which the workflow you just completed, and once selected, you can then open it to go through it.

  5. The generated document will be ready to use for your register, and will start to impact your risk register rating, which is also generated by our AI.

You can access your risk register by going to Risk Register from the left-hand side bar.
