Answer List Page Overview

The Answer List Page helps you review how company users respond to workflow questions that are assigned to them.


Workflow Level

  • The page displays workflows that have been launched.

  • Each workflow acts as the first level of analysis — you should begin your review from a specific workflow.


Workflow Box Details

Each workflow box shows:

  • Recipients: Number of users who received the workflow.

  • Launch date: When the workflow was sent out.

  • User progress: Users are grouped into three categories:

    • Not started

    • In progress

    • Finished

  • Workflow status: Overall workflow progress, which can be:

    • Not started

    • In progress

    • Completed

The status depends on user actions. For example, if all users finish a workflow, it will be marked as “Completed.”


Navigating Into a Workflow

When you click a Workflow box, you’ll be taken to that workflow’s detailed page.

  • This page shows in-depth information about user responses and progress.

  • It helps you analyze how each individual user interacted with the workflow.


Workflow Detail Page

On the workflow detail page, you can review progress in more depth.

  • Each workflow status section (Not started, In progress, Finished) can be expanded.

  • Expanding a section shows the list of company users who fall into that category.

This makes it easy to see exactly who has or hasn’t completed the workflow.


Tracking Individual User Progress

Within each expanded section, the system shows:

  • The last question on which the user stopped.

  • A button to open that user’s answer list page.

On the user answer list page, you can see:

  • All the answers that the user has provided.

  • Detailed information for each response.

This view lets you track an individual user’s progress and review their responses in detail.


Important Notes on Sequential Workflows

When workflows are launched in sequence:

  • The second and subsequent workflows appear in the table only after a user moves on to them.

  • If users complete workflows on different days, each day generates a separate box in the list.

Because of this, the same workflow may appear multiple times.

Recommendation

Use the workflow name search to find all boxes for the same workflow quickly, and if needed, manually calculate the total number of users who have completed that workflow.
