Company: Arrangements

The contract reference number for an ICT service arrangement between your reporting company and another entity within its corporate group.

Enter the internal reference number or name used to identify this intra-group contractual arrangement.

This must be the same reference used for this arrangement in all other parts of the register where it appears.

NOTE:

Intra-group arrangements must also appear in the main contracts section of the register. The reference entered here must match the reference entered there exactly.
If the two references do not match, the link between them will not resolve.
The reference number must be unique and consistent across the register at entity, sub-consolidated, and consolidated level.

Whether this intra-group ICT service arrangement is included in the DORA register for submission purposes.

Select Yes to include this arrangement in the register.

Select No to record it without including it in the submission.

NOTE:

If you select Yes, this arrangement will appear in the register alongside external provider contracts and will be part of the export.
If you select No, the arrangement is recorded in Copla Registry but excluded from the submission file.
Confirm the inclusion decision before completing the rest of the register.
