Benefits of Copla Stream
With Platform chat, you can:

Access all workflows launched for you in one place.

Answer questions directly in the Copla Platform.

Review the history of your completed workflows.
Inside Copla Stream
You’ll see two tabs:
-
Compliance used for answering technical workflows which helps to fill up your assigned framework tasks.

Trainings used for ****answering training workflows launched for you.
Managing Your Workflows
On the Copla stream chat page, you can start any workflow that appears.

If needed, you can pause one workflow and switch to another.

You can always return later to continue where you left off.
On the right side of the page, you’ll see three buttons to help you track progress:

To do – workflows not yet started
-
In progress – workflows you have already started
-
Completed – workflows you have finished
Workflow Counter
In the side menu bar, you will see a number showing how many workflows are currently in your To Do section.
This number updates only when the page is refreshed. It does not update automatically at this time.
Workflow Launch Date
Each workflow includes a date and time stamp, showing when it was launched for you from the Copla admin panel.
Reviewing Your Answers
When you are working on a workflow (In progress) or after you have Completed it, you can go back and review:
