How to Login to Copla Platform

Here, you will find steps guiding you through the process of securely logging in to the Copla Platform.

To start, log in here: [Copla Platform]

If your company uses Google Workspace, you can sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO) by selecting “Sign in with Google”.

 

Create Your Password

  1. If you do not use Google SSO, then select “Forgot your password?”

  2. Enter your created user email.

  3. Follow the instructions to create your password - you will receivea password reset email.

  4. Once your password is created, you will be able to log in to the system.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

In order to keep logging in to the Copla Platform at the highest safety level, we are introducing the 2FA feature.

This means that when you will hit the “sign in” button, you will be asked to open the Authenticator App on your phone, scan the QR code, and then enter the 6 digit number that the Authenticator App will provide.

If you previously have been using the “Sign in with Google” button, nothing changes, as this feature is still active. The 2FA feature is an additional feature for users that were signing in with email and password.

Here are detailed instructions for better understanding:

  1. Enter your email and password

  2. Hit the “Sign In” button

  3. You will get a QR code and below that, more information about the Authenticator App

  4. Your next steps are:

    1. Go to the App Store or the Google Play Store

    2. Download an Authenticator App of your choice

    3. Open your camera and scan the QR code

    4. You will be asked if you want to add Copla to the app, to which you need to hit “yes” or “add”

    5. You will then see on your phone screen a 6-digit number, which will change every 60 seconds


      5.   Your screen on the computer will change, and you will see a window asking to enter the                6-digit number from the app

      6.   Enter the 6-digit number from the Authenticator App and then hit the “Login” button


      7.    From now on, every time you log in, you will be asked for the 6-digit code, so you will                       need to open the Authenticator App on your phone and use the code it will display
