Integrations (Connections)
Copla Integrations allow you to connect your external systems to the Copla Platform in order to automatically collect relevant data.
The purpose of integrations is to automatically collect data from your systems, such as:
- Assets (e.g., infrastructure, cloud resources)
- Identities and access configurations (e.g., users, roles, permissions)
- Evidences
This information is then used in Copla to support your compliance processes and help build and maintain your risk register.
Where To Find Integrations
Integrations are managed in the Connections section of the platform.
You need to be a company admin with the Global power user (With Copla Stream) role to access this section!
If you do not see this section:
- Contact support@copla.com and include your company name
- Reach out to your Copla sales representative
We will enable access for you.

How The Setup Works
To complete an integration, follow these steps:
- Prepare access on your side. Follow the provided guide to:
- Create or use an account
- Assign the required permissions
- Finalize connection with Copla. After completing the setup, a call with the Copla product team is required to:
- Complete the connection
- Enable data collection (automation)
- Verify that everything is working correctly
Important Notes
Please review the guides and complete the required setup on your side before scheduling a call.
Once ready, please schedule a call with the Copla team to finalize the integration.
This step is required — the integration cannot be fully completed without it.

- Reach out to your Copla sales/CISO representative
We will arrange a call and complete the integration together.
Before The Call
To ensure a smooth setup, please make sure:
- All steps from the guide are completed
- Required permissions and accounts are ready
- A person with the necessary system access joins the call

- Integrations are secure and read-only
- Proper permissions are required to ensure correct data collection
- After setup, Copla may need to activate data collection
