Training Statistics Overview

The Training Statistics page provides an overview of all trainings that have been launched to your company’s Copla Platform users.

In this section, you can:

  • View which trainings have been assigned to users

  • Monitor the current status of each training (e.g., not started, in progress, completed)

  • Analyze overall training progress across your organization

This page helps administrators track participation, monitor completion rates, and ensure compliance with training requirements.

Training Statistics Status Categories

Each training includes detailed statistics displayed under three status categories:

  • Not Started

  • In Progress

  • Completed.

Each of the status fields contains four core values:

🔹 Not Started

  1. First number (e.g., 27) – Number of users who have not started the training.

  2. Second number (e.g., 37) – Total number of users who were assigned this training.

  3. Third number (e.g., 36) – Total number of active users in the company. This helps determine whether the training was assigned to all active users.

  4. Percentage (e.g., 73%) – Percentage of assigned users who have not started the training.


🔹 In Progress

  1. First number (e.g., 1) – Number of users who have started but not yet completed the training.

  2. Second number (e.g., 37) – Total number of users assigned to the training.

  3. Third number (e.g., 37) – Total number of active users in the company.

  4. Percentage (e.g., 3%) – Percentage of assigned users who have started but not completed the training.


🔹 Completed

  1. First number (e.g., 9) – Number of users who have successfully completed the training.

  2. Second number (e.g., 37) – Total number of users assigned to the training.

  3. Third number (e.g., 36) – Total number of active users in the company.

  4. Percentage (e.g., 24%) – Percentage of assigned users who have completed the training.

Viewing Detailed Information

You can click on any Training Name to open a detailed view.

This view displays the list of users assigned to the training and their individual completion status.
