Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
Your demo already includes a pre-generated BIA based on your company's website - go to the BIA Register section to explore it.
This shows how Copla automatically assesses the business impact of potential disruptions from publicly available information about your organization — no manual input needed.
This is particularly relevant for DORA and ISO 27001, where business continuity analysis is a core requirement.
Want to test it? Update your company profile URL and regenerate to see how the BIA adapts to different organizational contexts.

Asset & Risk Register
Your demo includes 6 pre-loaded assets representing a typical ICT environment - go to Dynamic Registers → Asset Register to review them.
From there, the Risk Register is automatically generated by AI based on those assets — mapping risks to your framework controls without any manual input.
This gives you a realistic view of how Copla structures your ICT risk landscape from day one.
Try adding your own — click "Add Asset", enter a real system or tool your company uses, and re-run the AI generation to see how Copla builds risks around your actual environment.
Copla Stream — Trainings, Compliance Activities & AI-Generated Documents
Trainings and Compliance Activities
Your account has training and compliance workflow assignments ready to explore - these are the tasks your employees would receive and complete directly in the platform.
Try it yourself — complete a training or compliance task end to end, including uploading a document as evidence, to experience exactly what your team would do day-to-day.
AI-Generated Documents
Some compliance workflows in your demo are also set up to automatically generate policy documents using AI.
Once you complete one of these workflows, Copla uses your answers to produce a ready-to-use policy document — no manual drafting needed.
Depending on your assigned framework, these include:
- ISO 27001:
- 10 BUSINESS CONTINUITY POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
- 16 LOGGING AND MONITORING POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
- DORA:
- 10.1 DORA SUPPLIER SECURITY POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
- 16.1 DORA PROCEDURE FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE
- NIS2:
- 01 (DP) DATA PROTECTION POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
- 03 (DP) PERSONAL DATA BREACH POLICY QUESTIONNAIRE
After completing the workflow, go to Copla Drive from the left sidebar to find folder Copla AI documents.

Your Compliance Framework & Tasks
Navigate to your assigned framework - you'll find compliance tasks already assigned, which mirrors how a real implementation looks.
Try opening a task, reviewing its requirements, uploading evidence, and submitting it, as this is the core day-to-day workflow your team would use.

Third-Party Supplier Register
Your demo includes pre-loaded third-party supplier entries - go to Dynamic Registers → Third-Party Register to see how Copla tracks all ICT service providers and contractual arrangements, which is a key requirement under DORA or ISO 27001.
Try adding your own — click "Add Supplier", enter a real vendor your company works with, and see how it maps to your framework obligations.
This is one of the most audit-critical registers to get right.

Copla Drive
Your demo has a pre-configured document folder linked to your framework - go to Copla Drive to see how policy documents and evidence files are stored and organized, meaning no external SharePoint or Google Drive is needed.
Try it yourself — upload one of your own policy documents or templates to see how it integrates with your framework tasks and evidence requirements.
Integrations (Optional)
If you'd like to test connecting Copla with your existing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace), explore the Integrations section.

Applicability & Non-Conformities
In the demo, you'll see two types of outcomes:
-
Not Applicable — some controls don't apply to your organization's scope, and rather than ignoring them, Copla lets you formally mark them as N/A with a justification, which matters for audits.
-
Non-Conformity — where a control applies but isn't fully implemented, Copla automatically tracks it as a non-conformity, visible in the Non-Conformity Register.
Copla doesn't just track what's done — it clearly separates what doesn't apply, what's compliant, and what still has a gap.
Try it yourself — open any control, mark it as Not Applicable or flag a non-conformity, and see how the register updates automatically.
